The Challenge: Operationalizing the Vision
The Munich Innovation Ecosystem had a clear strategic vision: to upskill startups using expert interviews. However, this vision existed only as a concept and hours of raw, unstructured video files.
My Task: To act as the technical bridge. I needed to take the curriculum strategy defined by the Educational Lead and build the delivery system that made it consumable for users.
Phase 1: The Translation (Curriculum Alignment)
Working closely with the Educational Lead, I audited the raw footage to identify the specific segments that aligned with our learning goals. My role was to ensure the final video assets mapped perfectly to the strategic storyboard we had defined.
Phase 2: The Production Engine (150+ Assets)
Strategy is useless without execution. I established a video production workflow in Adobe Premiere Pro to process volume at speed. I handled the editing, color grading, and sound design for over 150 video assets, ensuring a consistent “Premium Tech” aesthetic across the entire library.
Phase 3: The Digital Architecture (CMS)
I didn’t just edit the videos; I built the classroom. I managed the CMS to construct the course modules, designing a user journey that guided learners logically from “Intro” to “Deep Dive”. I turned a folder of video files into a navigable product.
The Value Add:
By repurposing existing podcast footage, we created a high-value educational product without the cost of scheduling new video shoots. This project demonstrated how content operations can maximize the value of assets we already have.
A Social Researcher’s Lens:
Education is a great equalizer. By taking complex, high-level technical discussions and making them accessible, we didn’t just “update a website”, we lowered the barrier to entry for diverse founders entering the AI space.
